Als Leiter:in Aftersales von Volvo Cars Zurich führst, formierst und coachst du unser Aftersales\-Team und entwickelst es gezielt weiter, um nachhaltige Erfolge zu erzielen. Du stellst die Einhaltung unseres hohen Qualitätsanspruchs sicher und leistest damit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit. Es erwartet dich eine abwechslungsreiche Führungsfunktion in einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld, das Innovation fördert und dir einen grossen Gestaltungsspielraum bietet.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Du führst und verantwortest den gesamten Aftersales\-Bereich (Werkstatt, Kundendienst und Administration) mit aktuell zehn Mitarbeitenden.
  • Du bist für die Planung und Erreichung der betriebswirt\-schaftlichen sowie der standortspezifischen Kennzahlen verantwortlich. Damit bist zu vertraute Ansprechperson für den CTO und die Geschäftsleitung.
  • Den weiteren Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung des Standorts treibst du proaktiv voran und setzt gemeinsam mit dem Leiter Werkstatt nachhaltige Optimierungen um.
  • Mit deiner Persönlichkeit und deinem Führungsverständnis förderst du die Zusammenarbeit und die Kommunikation über alle Abteilungen hinweg. Die Entwicklung deiner Mit\-arbeitenden ist dir ein wichtiges Anliegen, welches du aktiv unterstützt.

Was dich auszeichnet

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition innerhalb der Automobilbranche.
  • Eine abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung in der Automobilbranche sowie eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF/FH.
  • Eine starke Kunden\- und Serviceorientierung gepaart mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch und einer unternehmerischen Denkens\- und Handlungsweise.
  • Ein wertschätzender Führungsstil, eine hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie ein professioneller Auftritt.
  • Bereitschaft, unternehmerische Verantwortung in einem jungen Team und einem dynamischen Umfeld zu übernehmen.
