Das Familien\\- und Generationenhaus Sonnegg bietet im Atelier verschiedenste Kurse für Kinder und Erwachsene an. Für dieses suchen wir per \\1\\. Januar 2027\\ oder nach Vereinbarung Sie als Leiter:in Atelier im Familien\\- und Generationenhaus Sonnegg (50%) Ihre Aufgaben \* Planung, Umsetzung und Betreuung von generationenspezifischen sowie generationenverbindenden Atelierkursen im Familien\\- und Generationenhaus Sonnegg \* Vernetzung mit den Arbeitsbereichen des Kirchenkreises zehn \* Betreuung bestehender Kurse sowie Initiierung neuer Angebote \* Administration und Koordination der Kursangebote, inklusive Planung und Erstellung der Halbjahresprogramme \* Vernetzung der Kursleitenden und Beziehungspflege mit Teilnehmenden und Gästen des Hauses und Quartier \* Öffentlichkeitsarbeit (Kursprogrammheft gestalten, digitale Medienkanäle bewirtschaften) Ihr Profil \* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in sozialer Arbeit, Sozialdiakonie oder Erwachsenenbildung \* Erfahrung in Community Management und in der Entwicklung, Administration und Vermarktung von Bildungs\\- und Veranstaltungsangeboten im sozialen Bereich \* Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft 365 sowie in digitaler Kommunikation und Social Media \* Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent mit Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen \* Teamfähige, initiative und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz \* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise \* Verbundenheit mit der Reformierten Kirche und Identifikation mit ihren Werten sowie ihrem gesellschaftlichen Auftrag Wir bieten \* Eine interessante und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem lebendigen Kirchenkreis mit einem offenen und zukunftsorientierten Team \* Ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld mit professionellem Selbstanspruch und viel Leidenschaft \* Kreativität und Eigenverantwortung in der Programmgestaltung \* Gute Einbindung in das Team \* Attraktiver Arbeitsplatz und zeitgemässe Infrastruktur Sind Sie unsere neue Atelier\\-Leitung?
