Das BSB (Bürgerspital Basel) ist mit rund 1'600 Mitarbeitenden eines der grössten sozialen Unternehmen im Raum Basel. Der Bereich Begleitetes Wohnen bietet Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf vielfältige Wohn- und Begleitangebote. Im Zentrum stehen Selbstbestimmung, Teilhabe und individuell passende Unterstützung. Die Angebote reichen von unterschiedlichen gemeinschaftlichen Wohnformen bis hin zu ambulanten und zunehmend flexiblen Unterstützungssettings. Wir sind beauftragt, per sofort oder nach Absprache eine erfahrene und gestaltungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit als

Leiter:in Begleitetes Wohnen

anzusprechen. Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich mit rund 120 Mitarbeitenden an 6 Standorten und führen acht Kaderpersonen direkt. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Leitungsteam stellen Sie eine hohe Qualität der Angebote sicher und entwickeln den Bereich fachlich, organisatorisch und wirtschaftlich weiter. Dabei verbinden Sie den sozialen Auftrag mit professioneller Unternehmensführung und schaffen Rahmenbedingungen, in denen Mitarbeitende Verantwortung übernehmen und Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf möglichst selbstbestimmt leben können. Sie wirken aktiv an der strategischen und operativen Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsfeldes Integration mit und engagieren sich für geschäftsfeldübergreifende Themen. Dazu gehört die aktive Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden (Behindertenhilfe), Kantonen, Verbänden und Fachorganisationen.

Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss im Sozialbereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringen mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Behindertenwesen mit. Sie kennen die aktuellen Entwicklungen der Behindertenhilfe sowie derer Finanzierungs- und Tarifstrukturen. Als führungsstarke und wertschätzende Persönlichkeit kommunizieren Sie adressatengerecht und verstehen es, Mitarbeitende für gemeinsame Ziele zu gewinnen. Unternehmerisches Denken, betriebswirtschaftliches Wissen und Freude an innovativer Weiterentwicklung und Veränderung runden Ihr Profil ab.
