Einsteigen und die Zukunft des RBS mitgestalten. Auf Strasse und Schiene befördern wir jährlich über 25 Millionen Fahrgäste. Rund 570 Mitarbeiter:innen sorgen in verschiedenen sinnstiftenden und abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeiten jeden Tag dafür, dass unsere Fahrgäste sicher, pünktlich und entspannt ans Ziel gelangen. Gemeinsam leisten wir einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Entwicklung einer nachhaltigen Mobilität in der Region.

Als neue:r Leiter:in entwickelst du die Betriebsleitzentrale zu einem modernen Steuerungs\- und Kompetenzzentrum und stellst sicher, dass sie den zukünftigen Anforderungen eines wachsenden Mobilitätsangebots gerecht wird.

Deine Aufgaben --------------

  • Du führst die Betriebsleitzentrale fachlich und personell und entwickelst dein Team gezielt weiter.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Bahnbetrieb sicher, pünktlich und kundenorientiert funktioniert.
  • Du entwickelst Prozesse, Vorschriften und Konzepte weiter und stellst deren Umsetzung im Alltag sicher.
  • Du steuerst das Störungsmanagement, wertest Ereignisse aus und sorgst dafür, dass Verbesserungen umgesetzt werden.
  • Du planst den Betrieb bei Baustellen, Grossanlässen und besonderen Ereignissen und bringst deine Erfahrung in Projekten und Gremien ein.

Dein Profil -----------

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Zugverkehrsleiter/\-in bzw. Fahrdienstleiter/\-in Kat. B sowie über eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung.
  • Du hast mehrjährige Führungserfahrung und verstehst es, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren und gezielt weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du etablierst eine Sicherheits\- und Lernkultur, förderst den Wissensaustausch im Team und sorgst für eine nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung der betrieblichen Kompetenzen.
  • Du analysierst betriebliche Kennzahlen und Qualitätsindikatoren, leitest daraus Verbesserungsmassnahmen ab und steigerst die Leistungsfähigkeit sowie die Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Du bist entscheidungsfreudig, belastbar und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick.
