Leiter:in Buchhaltung 80 \- 100 %

In dieser zentralen Funktion tragen Sie die fachliche Verantwortung für die Buchhaltung unserer drei Tochtergesellschaften und der Holding und rapportieren direkt an den CFO der ALBIRO Gruppe. Sie führen ein kleines Team und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Zahlen stimmen, Prozesse funktionieren und SAP nicht nur Zahlen verwaltet, sondern für Transparenz sorgt.

Das erwartet Sie

  • Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die gesamte Finanzbuchhaltung der ALBIRO Gruppe
  • Sie führen und begleiten ein kleines Team, welches Sie in Ihrem Arbeiten unterstützt
  • Sie erstellen Monats\- und Jahresabschlüsse nach Swiss GAAP FER und OR
  • Sie verantworten die Mehrwertsteuer
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit dem CFO der ALBIRO Gruppe und führen die Liquiditätsplanung
  • Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die Zusammenarbeit und Koordination rund um die Revision der Einzelgesellschaften
  • Sie entwickeln Prozesse und Strukturen weiter und sind verantwortlich für zentrale Richtlinien in Ihrem Bereich
  • Sie arbeiten mit SAP als zentrales Finanzsystem und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Zahlen auch systemseitig sauber abgebildet sind

Das bringen Sie mit

  • eine fundierte Ausbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise mit eidg. Fachausweis
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in Swiss GAAP FER, OR und Mehrwertsteuer
  • fundierte SAP\-Erfahrung im Modul Finanzen, idealerweise auch in Controlling
  • Kenntnisse in der französischen Sprache für die enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Tochter in der Westschweiz
  • Freude daran, ein kleines Team fachlich und personell zu führen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Genauigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Zahlen und unternehmerische Zusammenhänge
  • eine pragmatische Persönlichkeit, die mitdenkt, selbst mit anpackt, Verantwortung übernimmt und offen für Weiterentwicklungen ist. Wir suchen Lösungen, nicht Probleme

Sie übernehmen den Staffelstab von einem langjährigen Teammitglied und werden zur zentralen Anlaufstelle für unsere Zahlen. Dabei geht es um mehr als korrekte Buchungen und Abschlüsse. Sie sorgen für Transparenz, schaffen verlässliche Grundlagen für Entscheidungen und haben die Möglichkeit, Strukturen und Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten.
