Du möchtest mitgestalten, Verantwortung übernehmen und unsere Risikokultur im Vertrieb aktiv weiterentwickeln? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Mit dem Ausbau unseres Business Risk Management Teams im Bereich Privatkunden und Private Banking stärken wir unsere First of Defence und schaffen eine zentrale Funktion an der Schnittstelle von Vertrieb, Risiko und Compliance. Für diese verantwortungsvolle Schlüsselrolle mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum suchen wir eine engagierte und unternehmerisch denkende Führungspersönlichkeit.

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Business Risk Managements im Bereich Privatkunden und Private Banking sowie fachliche und personelle Führung der neuen Abteilung mit drei Mitarbeitenden.
  • Zentrale Ansprechstelle für Business\-Risk\-, Kontroll\- und Compliance\-Themen sowie Beratung von Führungskräften und Vertrieb bei anspruchsvollen Fragestellungen.
  • Führung, Entwicklung und Befähigung des Teams mit klarer Priorisierung, hoher Qualitätsorientierung und effizienter Zusammenarbeit.
  • Identifikation von Risiken, Schwachstellen und Verbesserungspotenzialen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung pragmatischer Massnahmen, Prozesse und Kontrollen.
  • Entwicklung praxisnaher Guidelines, Hilfsmittel und Schulungen zur Stärkung des regulatorischen Know\-hows und Risikobewusstseins im Vertrieb.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Compliance, Prozessverantwortlichen und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern sowie aktive Mitwirkung an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und Weiterentwicklungen.
  • Vertretung der Interessen des Business Risk Managements und Förderung einer konstruktiven, lösungsorientierten Zusammenarbeit zwischen Business und Kontrollfunktionen.

Das bringst du mit ------------------

  • Mehrjährige Führungs\- und Projektleitungserfahrung, idealerweise im Kantonalbankenumfeld, sowie fundierte Erfahrung in Risk Management oder Compliance.
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Banken\- und Regulierungsumfelds sowie Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und deren erfolgreicher Umsetzung.
  • Freude daran, Neues aufzubauen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Veränderungen aktiv zu gestalten.
  • Klare, verbindliche und empathische Führungspersönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenzuführen und Orientierung zu geben.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Vermittlungsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten in interdisziplinären Teams.
  • Strukturierte und vernetzte Denkweise, kombiniert mit Pragmatismus, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägter Umsetzungsstärke.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sicherer Umgang mit Excel, PowerPoint und Confluence; Avaloq\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil.
