In dieser Funktion rapportierst du direkt an die Leitung Controlling FP&A und übernimmst die fachliche und personelle Führung eines Teams von sechs Mitarbeitenden. Dabei verantwortest du die finanzielle Steuerung mehrerer zentraler Unternehmensbereiche und bist ein wichtiger Sparring Partner für das Management. Das bewegst du

  • Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung des Teams Controlling Management Services
  • Finanzielle Steuerung der Bereiche HRM, Immobilien & Betrieb, Digital & IT sowie Corporate Center Functions
  • Beratung der Direktionen als Sparring Partner in finanziellen, betriebswirtschaftlichen und strategischen Fragen
  • Verantwortung für Budgetierung, Rolling Forecasts und Mehrjahresplanung
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Management Reports und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Verantwortung für CAPEX-/OPEX-Controlling, Investitionen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
  • Entwicklung von Controlling-Instrumenten, Kennzahlensystemen, Dashboards und Reporting-Lösungen
  • Optimierung von Controlling-Prozessen, Methoden, Datenqualität und bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit

So gelingt es dir

  • Höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (FH/Universität) mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling oder Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Expertin/Experte in Rechnungslegung und Controlling)
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in komplexen Organisationen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanz-, Leistungs- und Kostencontrolling
  • Ausgewiesene Erfahrung in Budgetierung, Forecasting, Management Reporting und finanzieller Steuerung von Organisationseinheiten
  • Erfahrung im OPEX-, CAPEX- und Investitionscontrolling, idealerweise auch im Projekt-/ Baucontrolling
  • Ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und lösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten
  • Hohe Kommunikations-, Integrations- und Führungskompetenz sowie ausgeprägtes Managementverständnis
  • IT-Affinität und Erfahrung mit modernen Controlling-, Reporting- und BI-Lösungen; Kenntnisse des Schweizer Gesundheitswesens/REKOLE® von Vorteil
