Die Pallas Kliniken sind auf die Bereiche Augenheilkunde, Dermatologie und ästhetische Medizin spezialisiert. Mit mehr als 350 Mitarbeitenden an 17 Standorten gehört die Klinikgruppe zu den führenden und unabhängigen Privatkliniken in der Deutschschweiz. Exzellente Medizin und die menschliche Behandlung ist dabei die gelebte Leitidee. Der Hauptsitz in Olten, mit rund 50 Mitarbeitenden, übernimmt dabei die operative Leitung.

Leiter/\-in Facility Management 100%

Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Facility Managements sowie Koordination interner Mitarbeitender und externer Dienstleister
  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs, der Wartung und Instandhaltung der technischen Infrastruktur an sämtlichen Standorten
  • Verwaltung und Optimierung der Flächen, Arbeitsplätze und infrastrukturellen Einrichtungen
  • Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Facility\-Management\-Projekten, einschliesslich Umbauten und infrastruktureller Optimierungen
  • Verantwortung für das FM\-Jahresbudget sowie Offertwesen, Vertragsmanagement, Beschaffung und Kostenkontrolle
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Qualitätsstandards, Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Massnahmen zur Arbeitssicherheit und zum Gesundheitsschutz
  • Überwachung und Optimierung des Energieverbrauchs sowie Förderung nachhaltiger und ressourcenschonender Lösungen
  • Weiterentwicklung der FM\-Prozesse sowie Pflege und Nutzung des CAFM\-Systems
  • Erstellung regelmässiger Berichte und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Standortleitungen, internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
  • Durchführen von internen Audits im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder bautechnische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Facility Management oder Gebäudemanagement
  • Ausbildung als Spezialist in Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz (SIBE\-Zertifizierung)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Facility Management, vorzugsweise mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Gebäudetechnik, Instandhaltungsmanagement, Flächenmanagement und technischen Infrastrukturen
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten sowie im Budget\-, Kosten\- und Vertragsmanagement
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen FM\-Systemen, idealerweise Erfahrung mit CAFM\-Anwendungen
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstarke und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Führungskompetenz und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Hohes Qualitäts\- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein sowie Interesse an nachhaltigen und innovativen Lösungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
