Leiter/in Finanzen & Controlling 80-100% #

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Schlüsselfunktion übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für das Finanz- und Rechnungswesen der Unternehmung. Sie führen die Finanzbuchhaltung und stellen die korrekte Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sicher. Zudem steuern und überwachen Sie die Liquiditätsplanung, den Zahlungsverkehr sowie das Debitorenmanagement. Sie erstellen aussagekräftige Finanzberichte, verantworten Budgetierungs- und Forecast-Prozesse und analysieren die Umsatz-, Kosten- und Ertragsentwicklung als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Geschäftsleitung. Darüber hinaus wirken Sie aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen mit und tragen wesentlich zur finanziellen Steuerung und nachhaltigen Entwicklung des Unternehmens bei. Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung sowie externen Partnern wie Treuhändern, Revisionsstellen und Steuerberatern runden diese vielseitige Aufgabe ab. Unsere Mandantin bietet Ihnen eine spannende Führungsfunktion mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum, kurzen Entscheidungswegen sowie die Möglichkeit, die Finanzorganisation eines wachsenden Unternehmens aktiv mitzugestalten.

Für diese anspruchsvolle Herausforderung verfügen Sie über eine höhere Ausbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (z. B. Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, eidg. Diplom oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance/Controlling). Zudem bringen Sie mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer verantwortungsvollen Funktion im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit, idealerweise als Leiter/in Finanzen, Finance Manager oder Senior Controller. Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Rechnungswesen, in der Abschlusserstellung sowie im Finanz- und Liquiditätsmanagement. Erfahrung im Controlling, Budgetierungsprozess, Reporting sowie sehr gute Excel- und ERP-Kenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt. Kenntnisse im Gesundheitswesen sind gewünscht. Persönlich überzeugen Sie mit unternehmerischem Denken, ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten sowie einer selbständigen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise. Integrität, Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie die Fähigkeit, finanzielle Zusammenhänge verständlich aufzuzeigen und daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten.
