Deine Hauptaufgaben:

  • Du verantwortest das Rechnungswesen der zwei operativen Gesellschaften und der Holding am Schweizer Hauptsitz.
  • Du führst die Hauptbücher und stellst die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse termingerecht sicher.
  • Du führst fachlich und disziplinarisch die Buchhalterin (Debitoren/Kreditoren) sowie fachlich den Controller, der dir unterstellt ist.
  • Du stellst die Konzernkonsolidierung nach Swiss GAAP FER sicher, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controller und dem Gruppen-CFO.
  • Du bringst Deine Fachkompetenz aktiv in die Einführung des neuen ERP-Systems ein und gestaltest die Buchhaltungsprozesse im neuen System mit.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für Revisionsstelle, Steuerbehörden und Banken am Standort Schweiz.
  • Du verantwortest die Liquiditätsplanung und das Cash Management der Schweizer Gesellschaften.
  • Du entwickelst Prozesse und interne Kontrollen (IKS) laufend weiter und schaffst Ordnung und Verlässlichkeit im Rechnungswesen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsleitung und dem Gruppen-CFO zusammen und bringst Dich als Sparringpartner ein.

Idealerweise bringst du für diese interessante Position folgende Qualifikationen mit:

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen und hast bereits erste Führungsverantwortung übernommen oder bist bereit, diesen Schritt zu machen.
  • Du bist bilanzsicher nach OR; Erfahrung mit Swiss GAAP FER ist von Vorteil, aber keine Bedingung.
  • Erfahrung in einem produzierenden oder industriellen Unternehmen ist ein Plus.
  • Du beherrschst Deutsch stilsicher und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Du bist offen für Veränderung und packst die Einführung eines neuen ERP-Systems mit Freude an, statt an Bestehendem festzuhalten.
  • Deine Ausbildung ist für uns weniger entscheidend als Deine Erfahrung und Deine Haltung -ob Fachausweis, dipl. Experte Rechnungslegung oder ein vergleichbarer Werdegang.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, verantwortungsbewusst und behältst auch bei zwei Gesellschaften und der Holding den Überblick.
