Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess – von der Stellenausschreibung über die Bewerbendenauswahl bis zur Anstellung
  • Verantwortung für sämtliche operativen HR\-Prozesse – vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Lohnverarbeitung inklusive Sozialversicherungen und Quellensteuer
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung, Führungspersonen und Mitarbeitenden in personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen
  • Bewirtschaftung der Stellenpläne und Mitwirkung beim Personalbudget und HR\-Controlling
  • Koordination mit Versicherungen, Behörden und externen Partnern
  • Weiterentwicklung und Vereinfachung unserer HR\-Prozesse sowie Begleitung von Veränderungen im Rahmen der strategischen Entwicklung

Ihr Profil

  • Weiterbildung als HR\-Fachfrau/\-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen HR, insbesondere in der Lohnadministration und im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an einer vielseitigen Funktion, in der Sie sowohl operativ mitarbeiten als auch Verantwortung übernehmen
  • Diskretion, Sozialkompetenz und eine klare, wertschätzende Kommunikation
  • Gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse \- Erfahrung mit NEXUS ist von Vorteil
