Deine Aufgaben

  • Führen des HR\-Servicecenter mit fünf Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellen einer effizienten Organisation und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs (Digitalisierung)
  • Steuerung und Koordination der HR\-Themen als Mitglied des HR\-Leitungsteam
  • Operative Mitarbeit für die zugeteilten Organisationsbereiche

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung EFZ oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Weiterbildung als HR\-Fachperson mit eidg. Fachausweis oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung in HR\-Services oder der HR\-Administration
  • Führungserfahrung sowie Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Deutsch auf Niveau C2, ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Das Generalsekretariat der Direktion für Inneres und Justiz verantwortet als Stabsstelle die Führungsunterstützung der Direktion wie auch die Ressourcensteuerung und erbringt Dienstleistungen für die Fachämter in den Kernbereichen Digital Management, Finanzen, Human Resources, Raumbewirtschaftung und Beschaffung.

Die Abteilung HR arbeitet in drei Teams (HR\-Beratung, HR\-Kompetenzcenter und HR\-Servicecenter) und betreut gesamthaft ca. 1'100 Mitarbeitende.
