Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst und entwickelst unser schweizweites HR Service Team mit rund 30 Mitarbeitenden in Urdorf, Ostermundigen und Bulle.
  • Als Ansprechperson berätst und unterstützt du Tochtergesellschaften und deren Geschäftsleitungen in allen Payroll- und HR-Administrationsthemen.
  • Die Vereinheitlichung und Standardisierung von Prozessen treibst du aktiv voran.
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team bearbeitest du komplexe Fragestellungen und setzt die strategischen und operativen Ziele von HR Services um.
  • Du leitest und begleitest Projekte zur Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen und Systemen.
  • Du betreust und entwickelst die HR-Systeme (insbesondere Abacus und SFEC) inklusive Stammdatenmanagement, Schnittstellen und Testing weiter.
  • Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für die Lohnverarbeitung, die Lohnbuchhaltung und sämtliche administrativen HR-Prozesse.
  • Dein Verantwortungsbereich umfasst zudem die jährliche Lohn- und Bonusrunde, Jahresendarbeiten, Personalcontrolling sowie komplexe arbeitsrechtliche Fragestellungen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vielseitigen HR-Funktion sowie fundierte Führungserfahrung.
  • Höhere HR-Weiterbildung, idealerweise mit eidg. Fachausweis HR-Fachfrau/-mann, Weiterbildung als HR-Manager HF oder vergleichbarer höherer Fachausbildung. Zusätzliche Qualifikationen in Payroll, Arbeitsrecht oder HR-Management sind von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrechts.
  • Fundierte Payroll-Erfahrung sowie sehr gutes Verständnis der relevanten Prozesse, gesetzlichen Vorgaben und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen.
  • Stilsichere Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse.
  • Hohe digitale Affinität und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen, Systemen und Strukturen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, hohe Empathie und Gespür für unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen.
  • Unternehmerische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Prozess-, Qualitäts- und Serviceverständnis.
  • Belastbare, integre und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit starker Teamorientierung.
