Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den HR\-Bereich sowie fachliche und personelle Führung des Teams als Mitglied der Bereichsleitung
  • Beratung der Geschäftsleitung, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden in personalbezogenen, strategischen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der HR\-Strategie, Prozesse und Strukturen für eine moderne und professionelle HR\-Arbeit
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von HR\-Projekten mit Schwerpunkten in Employer Branding und Organisationsentwicklung
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität gemeinsam mit dem Team sowie operative Mitarbeit bei Bedarf

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige HR\-Erfahrung in einem komplexen, personalintensiven und anspruchsvollen Dienstleistungsumfeld sowie ausgewiesene Führungs\- und Beratungskompetenz
  • Fundierte HR\-Ausbildung mit einer höheren Weiterbildung auf FH\-, MAS\-, MBA\- oder vergleichbarem Niveau
  • Breites HR\-Fachwissen, insbesondere im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht und operativen HR, sowie ein gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise, strategischer Weitblick und die Fähigkeit, Ideen pragmatisch und wirkungsvoll umzusetzen
  • Empathische, integre und entscheidungsstarke Persönlichkeit, die Menschen begeistert, Klarheit schafft und auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen souverän handelt
