Das tun Sie

Gesamtprojektleitung Standortverlagerung

  • Leitung des Gesamtprojekts Standortverlagerung: Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung für die Erreichung der Projektziele gemäss Projektdefinition
  • Iterative Prüfung und Aktualisierung der Projektstrukturen und Steuerungsinstrumente (PSP, PQM, etc.)
  • Rapport und Vorbereitung von Entscheiden z.H. Projektsteuerung
  • Iterative Gesamtkostenermittlung und jahreszyklische Finanzplanung
  • Führung interner und externer Projekt\- und Teilprojektleiterinnen anhand von Teilprojektzielen und entsprechend vorausschauende Ressourcenplanung und \-beschaffung
  • Sitzungswesen gemäss Projekthandbuch
  • Führung des projektbezogenen Qualitätsmanagements (PQM)
  • Führung des Gesamtterminplans
  • Prüfung und Plausibilisierung der Konsistenz der Bestellungen der Teilprojekte
  • Vorrausschauende Steuerung der Projektkommunikation

Linienführung als Leiter/in Immobilienentwicklung

  • Mitarbeit beim Aufbau der Stammorganisation Immobilienentwicklung
  • Führung des Bereichs Immobilienentwicklung (Projektleitern intern und extern)
  • Situative Mitarbeit oder \-Up in weiteren Entwicklungsprojekten

Das zeichnet Sie aus

  • min. 10\-15 Jahre Erfahrung in der bauherrenseitigen Gesamtprojektleitung von baulichen Grossprojekten \> CHF 200 .
  • Erfahrung mit Spital\-, Labor\- oder Industrie\-Bauprojekten
  • Umfangreiche Führungserfahrung
  • Belastbare Persönlichkeit (hohe Souveränität, Zielorientierung, Hartnäckigkeit, Seniorität)
  • Deutsch\- oder ösischsprachig mit guten Kenntnissen der zweiten Sprache

  • Erfahrung in der baulichen Umsetzung von Grossbauprojekten
  • Betriebsökonomische Ausbildung auf Hochschulniveau (Master o.v.)
  • Technische Ausbildung auf Hochschulniveau (Master o.v.)
  • Erfahrung im TU\-/GU\-Umfeld
