Für unsere Kundin, ein etabliertes Immobilienunternehmen mit starker regionaler Verankerung, suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit aus der Immobilienvermarktung, die Verantwortung übernehmen oder ihre Führungserfahrung gezielt weiter ausbauen möchte. Sie prägen den Standort, gewinnen Mandate, begleiten Verkaufsprozesse und profitieren von sehr guten Rahmenbedingungen sowie attraktiven Entwicklungsperspektiven.

Ihre Aufgaben ####

In dieser Funktion verbinden Sie Immobilienvermarktung, Kundenberatung und Standortverantwortung. Sie sind nahe am Markt, erkennen Chancen und begleiten Verkaufsprozesse mit Gespür für Menschen, Immobilien und erfolgreiche Abschlüsse.

* Sie vermarkten Wohn- und Anlageimmobilien in der Region und bringen passende Käufer/innen und Verkäufer/innen zusammen. * Neue Verkaufsmandate bauen Sie gezielt auf und begleiten diese vom ersten Gespräch bis zum Abschluss. * Eigentümer/innen, Kaufinteressenten und Investoren beraten Sie persönlich, kompetent und verbindlich. * Sie führen den Standort mit unternehmerischem Blick und entwickeln ihn Schritt für Schritt weiter. * Ihr Netzwerk im Rheintal, Werdenberg und Sarganserland pflegen Sie aktiv und bauen es weiter aus.  

Ihr Profil ####

  • Erfahrung in der Immobilienvermarktung
  • Freude an Akquisition, Beratung und erfolgreichen Abschlüssen
  • Regionales Netzwerk oder Bezug zum Rheintal, Werdenberg oder Sarganserland
  • Unternehmerische, selbstständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Fachausweis, MAS oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung im Immobilienbereich von Vorteil
