The posting

Das Institut für Spitalpharmazie stellt die pharmazeutische Versorgung der gesamten Insel Gruppe während 365 Tagen im Jahr rund um die Uhr sicher. Dazu werden Arzneimittel im In- und Ausland beschafft sowie in der betriebseigenen Produktionsabteilung hergestellt. Zudem sind wir der Ansprechpartner für alle Fachfragen rund ums Arzneimittel.

**Das erwartet Sie**

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von sechs Mitarbeitenden * Aktive Mitarbeit in der Kommissionierung und Unterstützung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft * Sicherstellung der korrekten und termingerechten Bereitstellung der Arzneimittel * Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Arbeitsabläufen, Qualitätsvorgaben und Lagerordnung * Unterstützung bei SAP-Fragen sowie beim Betrieb und der Bedienung des Kommissionierautomaten * Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen * Erkennen von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Einbringen von praxisnahen Lösungsvorschlägen

**Das bringen Sie mit**

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, idealerweise als Logistiker/in EFZ * Weiterbildung als Logistikfachmann/-frau mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis oder ein vergleichbarer, eidgenössisch anerkannter Abschluss im Bereich Logistik/Prozesse * Falls der Fachausweis noch nicht vorhanden ist: Bereitschaft, die entsprechende Weiterbildung innerhalb von ein bis zwei Jahren nach Stellenantritt zu beginnen * Freude an der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitenden * Bereitschaft, im Tagesgeschäft aktiv mit anzupacken und gleichzeitig Verantwortung als Führungskraft zu übernehmen * Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Gute SAP-Kenntnisse und technisches Verständnis von Vorteil
