Aufgrund einer bevorstehenden Pensionierung suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 (oder nach Vereinbarung) eine engagierte Nachfolge als Leiter\*in Logistik. In dieser Schlüsselposition führst du rund 11 direkt unterstellte Mitarbeitende und steuerst die gesamte Logistikkette. Du trägst die Verantwortung dafür, dass alle benötigten Materialien, Ersatzteile und Betriebsmittel stets zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sind.

Aufgaben

  • Lager\- und Bestandsmanagement sowie Beschaffung: Du führst das Zentral\- und Aussenlager und stellst die Verfügbarkeit kritischer Materialien und Betriebsmittel. Du verantwortest die bedarfsgerechte Beschaffung von Material und Dienstleistungen gemäss den geltenden Submissions\- und Beschaffungsvorschriften und stellst eine rechtssichere Vergabe sicher.
  • Flotten\- und Transportmanagement: Du verantwortest die Planung und Disposition aller internen und externen Transporte sowie die Bewirtschaftung, Instandhaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Fahrzeugflotte.
  • Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung: Du optimierst logistische Prozesse, definierst Standards und treibst die Digitalisierung der Logistikabläufe voran.
  • Organisation und Administration: Du unterstützt bei der Planung von Anlässen hinsichtlich der Infrastruktur und Logistik, unterstützt mit deinem Team den Facility Service im Hardhof und wirkst bei der Budgetplanung mit.
  • Arbeitssicherheit und Umwelt: Du stellst die Einhaltung von Sicherheits\-, Umwelt\- und Gesundheitsvorschriften sicher und verantwortest die sachgerechte und umweltkonforme Entsorgung von Materialien und Abfällen. Zudem stellst du die Verfügbarkeit von Dienstkleidung und persönlicher Schutzausrüstung (PSA) sicher.

Profil

  • Ausbildung als Logistiker\in EFZ, \frau EFZ oder in einem technischen Beruf mit fundierter Erfahrung in Beschaffung oder Logistik; Weiterbildungen im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Einkauf oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in den Bereichen Lagerbewirtschaftung, Logistik, Beschaffung oder Materialwirtschaft
  • Du hast ein Flair, Veränderungs\- und Optimierungsprozesse aktiv zu gestalten, neue Lösungen voranzutreiben und Mitarbeitende auf diesem Weg mitzunehmen
  • Erfahrung mit ERP\-Systemen wie SAP\-Kenntnisse sind von grossem Vorteil
  • Führerausweis der Kategorie B
