Ce que tu accompliras

  • Tu assumes la responsabilité de la direction et des résultats pour l-agence de Buchs, fortement ancrée localement, et mets en œuvre la stratégie commerciale dans la région par des activités de traitement du marché orientées vers les objectifs.
  • Tu as la responsabilité globale de 25 collaborateurs et diriges directement l-équipe clientèle entreprise composée de 10 collaborateurs.
  • Tu gères un portefeuille propre de clients entreprises dans les domaines du financement, de l-investissement et de la prévoyance, offrant à tes clientes et clients un conseil de premier ordre et un suivi attentif.
  • Le développement des relations clients existantes ainsi que l-acquisition de nouvelles relations clients font également partie de tes tâches.
  • Tu participes activement à la vie économique et sociale dans la zone de marché (événements publics, manifestations, etc.) et représentes la banque auprès du public.

Ce que tu apportes

  • Tu disposes d-une formation supérieure bancaire ou économique.
  • Tu as une longue expérience de la direction et, grâce à ta grande compétence sociale, tu prends plaisir à diriger une équipe performante.
  • Tu as plusieurs années d-expérience dans le conseil aux clientes et clients, notamment dans le segment des clients entreprises, ainsi que des connaissances approfondies dans les domaines du financement, de l-investissement et de la prévoyance.
  • Tu aimes assumer des responsabilités et les façonner, tu es communicatif, penses de manière entrepreneuriale, agis de façon autonome et te distingues par ton sens de la négociation ainsi que ta force de vente et de conclusion.
  • Tu possèdes de bonnes connaissances des conditions du marché régional et local et es bien connecté en conséquence.
