Du führst die Produkt\- und Serviceentwicklung mit Klarheit, Innovationsgeist und unternehmerischem Denken. Dank deines fundierten Branchenwissens erkennst du Kundenbedürfnisse frühzeitig, entwickelst attraktive Produkte und Services und förderst dein Team gezielt weiter. Damit schaffst du als «Macher» nachhaltigen Mehrwert für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden und prägst die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Produkt\- und Serviceportfolios von Assura entscheidend mit.

Was du täglich bewirkst

  • Du führst und entwickelst ein Team von fünf Mitarbeitenden an den Standorten Zürich und Lausanne und förderst eine Kultur von Innovation, Kreativität und unternehmerischem Denken.
  • Du entwickelst innovative Produkte und Services in den Bereichen Kranken\-, Schaden\- und Lebensversicherung sowie neuen Geschäftsfeldern und richtest diese konsequent an den Bedürfnissen unserer Kundinnen und Kunden aus.
  • Mit deinem ausgeprägten Marktverständnis steuerst du die Produktentwicklung von der Idee über die Umsetzung bis zur erfolgreichen Lancierung und stellst dabei die Qualität unseres Produkt\- und Serviceportfolios sicher.
  • Gemeinsam mit internen und externen Stakeholdern identifizierst du neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, baust strategische Partnerschaften auf und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktstrategie aktiv mit.

Was du einbringst

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Naturwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, kommunizierst fliessend in Deutsch und ösisch und bringst idealerweise eine Weiterbildung auf Stufe MBA oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens fünf Jahre Führungserfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche und überzeugst durch deine ausgeprägte Führungsstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie dein vernetztes Denken.
  • Mit deinem strategischen und analytischen Verständnis erarbeitest du innovative Produktstrategien und fundierte Business Cases und mit deiner intellektuellen Neugier entwickelst du neue Markt\- und Geschäftschancen.
  • Eigeninitiative, Kreativität und unternehmerisches Handeln zeichnen dich aus, und du bringst als «Macher» die Fähigkeit mit, Projekte und Produktentwicklungen zielorientiert zum Erfolg zu führen.
  • Dank deiner Verhandlungsstärke und deinem Gespür für nachhaltige Partnerschaften gelingt es dir, wertvolle Kooperationen aufzubauen und erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln.
