Leiter/in Seefracht Pratteln ============================

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams in Pratteln und sorgen für eine effiziente sowie kundenorientierte Zusammenarbeit.
  • Im Bereich Seefracht verantworten Sie die Abwicklung von Importen und Exporten, entwickeln passende Transportlösungen und unterstützen den gesamten Sendungsprozess von der Auftragsannahme bis zur Abrechnung.
  • Die Betreuung unserer Key Accounts, die Pflege des Netzwerks sowie die Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern gehören ebenfalls zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Sie analysieren bestehende Prozesse und Kosten, identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und treiben die Weiterentwicklung sowie Digitalisierung unserer Abläufe aktiv voran.
  • Zudem unterstützen Sie die Einhaltung unserer QM\-Standards und wirken bei gruppenweiten Projekten sowie weiteren bereichsübergreifenden Initiativen mit.

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition/Logistik sowie fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Seefracht, insbesondere im Import und Export, mit.
  • Führungserfahrung sowie eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus und werden durch Ihre ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Sozialkompetenz ergänzt.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der internationalen Transportabwicklung und Erfahrung in der professionellen Betreuung und Koordination von Kunden, internen Stellen und externen Partnern runden Ihr Profil ab.
  • Sie bringen gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ösischkenntnisse auf Niveau B1 mit und arbeiten sicher mit den gängigen MS\-Office\-Anwendungen.
  • Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und die Bereitschaft, Digitalisierung aktiv voranzutreiben, gehören ebenso zu Ihrem Profil.
