Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort, oder nach Vereinbarung, eine motivierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit als Leiter/in Technik im Stahlwerk (m/w/d) im 100%-Pensum.

**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Personelle Führung von sechs direkt unterstellten Mitarbeitenden und der Abteilung Technik (Mechanik, Elektrik und Infra-struktur) * Mitarbeit im Führungsteam Stahlwerk (SW) * Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und der Werterhaltung von Anlagen \& Infrastruktur im Stahlwerk unter Berücksichtigung von optimalem Einsatz von Personal und Material * Zusammenarbeit mit den andern Führungspersonen auf dem Werkplatz und Lieferanten * Realisierung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen (KVP) * Verantwortung für die regelmässige Instandhaltung und grossen Sommerrevision * Verantwortung für das Budget, die Kennzahlen und * die Investitionsplanung im Bereich Technik SW * Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsstandards

**Ihr Profil**

* Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung mit einer höheren Fachausbildung (Ingenieur FH) * Mehrjähriger Führungs- und Industrieerfahrung * Menschen führen, weiterentwickeln und gemeinsam Erfolge erzielen, zählen zu Ihren Stärken * Verantwortungsbewusste, zuverlässige, strukturierte, unternehmerisch denkende und umsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise * Kommunikations- \& Entscheidungsstarke Persönlichkeit * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse * MS-Office- und SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse * Bereitschaft für Piketteinsätze sowie Flexibilität in einen 24/7-Betrieb
