The posting

Unser neues Alterszentrum befindet sich mitten im Dorfkern von Herzogenbuchsee. In grosszügigen Einzelzimmern leben und wohnen 72 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner. Im Maria Waser Haus bieten wir zudem 23 Wohnungen mit Dienstleistungen an und gleich daneben befinden sich unsere 17 Alterswohnungen. Wir suchen per 01. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Leiter/in Technischer Dienst 80-100%

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für den einwandfreien Gebäudeunterhalt, technische Anlagen, Infrastruktur und Arealbewirtschaftung. Dabei führen Sie ihr Team partizipativ, stärken- und zielorientiert. Als Sicherheitsbeauftragter der Scheidegg stellen Sie den Brandschutz sicher und implementieren / kontrollieren Sicherheitsbestimmungen. Die Mithilfe bei der Planung, Einrichtung und Durchführung von Anlässen gehört ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben wie Zimmerräumungs- und Zügelarbeiten. Die Bereitschaft für regelmässige Pikettdienste ist Voraussetzung für diese Stelle.

 

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung als Hauswart BP sowie idealerweise über Führungserfahrung. Vorzugsweise haben sie eine Ausbildung als Sicherheitsverantwortlicher (SIBE) absolviert. Ihre Organisationsfähigkeit und Ihre Leadershipfähigkeiten zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie Ihr unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln. Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Kundenorientierung runden Ihr Profil ab.
