Für unseren Kunden, ein produzierendes Industrieunternehmen mit einem technisch anspruchsvollen Anlagenpark, suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Leiter Instandhaltung & Technik. In dieser Funktion verbinden Sie operative Instandhaltung mit Führungsverantwortung und technischen Projekten. Sie sorgen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team für eine hohe Anlagenverfügbarkeit, entwickeln bestehende Prozesse weiter und begleiten technische Investitionen von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung eines kleinen technischen Teams inklusive Arbeitsorganisation und Einsatzplanung
  • Verantwortung für die vorbeugende und reaktive Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen und technischer Infrastruktur
  • Planung und Koordination von Wartungen, Revisionen, Reparaturen sowie technischen Anpassungen
  • Systematische Analyse von Anlagenstörungen und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Massnahmen zur Verbesserung von Verfügbarkeit und Betriebssicherheit
  • Begleitung technischer Investitions- und Optimierungsprojekte von der ersten Planung bis zur Übergabe in den laufenden Betrieb
  • Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsabläufen und Instandhaltungsprozessen mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Qualität und kontinuierliche Verbesserung

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung, beispielsweise in Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Automation oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Erfahrung in der industriellen Instandhaltung und im technischen Produktionsumfeld
  • Weiterbildung auf fachlicher oder höherer Stufe von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Führung oder Koordination von Mitarbeitenden sowie Freude an der Entwicklung eines Teams
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der systematischen Fehleranalyse und ein breites Verständnis für mechanische, elektrische und automatisierte Anlagen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Freude an technischen Verbesserungsprojekten
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse
