Die Casino Interlaken AG ist eine bedeutende Unternehmung in der schweizerischen Unterhaltungsindustrie. Mit jährlich an die 90'000 Gästen betreiben wir seit 2002 landbasiertes Casino in Interlaken mit einem erstklassigen Service für unsere Gäste. Unser buntes Team aus über 60 Mitarbeitenden verschiedener Nationen und die familiäre Atmosphäre ist das unseres Erfolgs.

Und weil wir immer am Ball bleiben wollen, haben wir seit Februar 2020 unser Angebot erweitert: Unser Online\-Casino StarVegas bringt den Spielspass direkt zu unseren Kunden \- überall in der Schweiz.

Leiter IT und Systemadministration (w/m/d) ==========================================

DEIN SPIELBEREICH Bei der Casino Interlaken AG verantwortest du die IT für das Casino Interlaken ebenso wie für unser Online\-Casino StarVegas. Du verbindest strategische Führung mit Hands\-on\-Administration und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle IT\-Themen. Deine Mission ist spannend und vielfältig:

  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsleitung die IT\-Strategie, setzt sie in eigenen Projekten um und evaluierst neue Technologien
  • Du verantwortest die gesamte IT\-Infrastruktur und sorgst für einen stabilen, sicheren und zuverlässigen Betrieb
  • Du führst unser kleines IT\-Team und entwickelst es weiter
  • Du betreust zwei getrennte IT\-Umgebungen: Für das Casino Interlaken und StarVegas administrierst du jeweils Microsoft 365, Clients sowie Benutzer und Berechtigungen. Im Casino Interlaken verantwortest du zusätzlich die On\-Premises\-Netzwerke und \-Server.
  • Du analysierst und behebst Störungen und unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden im 1st\- und 2nd\-Level\-Support
  • Du steuerst externe IT\-Dienstleister und verantwortest das IT\-Budget sowie die Beschaffung von Hard\- und Software

DEINE SUPERKRÄFTE In unserem IT\-Team bist du genau richtig, wenn du folgende Qualifikationen mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der System\- und Netzwerkadministration sowie Erfahrung in der Projektleitung
  • Erste Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil. z.B. als Stv. IT\-Leitung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Windows\- und Linux\-Servern, Virtualisierung, Netzwerken und Cloud\-Diensten
  • Scripting\-Kenntnisse, etwa in PowerShell oder
  • Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Probleme bis zur Wurzel zu verfolgen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Ein eintragsfreies Betreibungs\- und Strafregister
