Unser Kunde ist ein erfolgreiches Schweizer Unternehmen, das innovative Verpackungs\- und Sterilisationslösungen für die Medizintechnik entwickelt und produziert. Wir suchen eine engagierte «Macher\-Persönlichkeit», welche die Abteilung Lohnverpacken operativ führt, die vereinbarten Qualitäts\- und Lieferziele sicherstellt und die internen Prozesse laufend optimiert. Region: Ostschweiz.

Ihr Verantwortungs\- und Aufgabenbereich

  • Führung der Abteilung Lohnverpacken und Umsetzung der Qualitätsziele
  • Sicherstellung der vereinbarten Liefertermine und Qualitätsstandards
  • Koordinieren und Optimieren interner Prozesse zur Reduktion der Durchlaufzeiten
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Mitarbeitende und Lieferanten
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Nachkalkulationen
  • Personaleinsatzplanung sowie Information an Vorgesetzte über Auslastungsschwankungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Q\-relevanten Fragen und Abweichungen (z.B. CAPA, FB) sowie bei Q\-Dokumenten, Arbeitsanweisungen und Schulungen im Bereich Lohnverpacken
  • Kontrolle von Arbeitsplätzen über Zustand, Funktion, Ergonomie und Sicherheit sowie von Wartungs\-Intervallen und Maschinenzustand
  • Einhaltung der Sicherheits\-, Unfallverhütungs\- und Umweltschutzvorschriften in der Abteilung
  • Fach\- und Führungskompetenz im Team fordern und fördern

Ihr Profil:

  • Technische Grundausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Ausgewiesene Leistungs\- und Führungserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit anerkannten Methoden wie Management, 5S und KVP
  • Gute PC\-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAGE B7
  • Unternehmerische, belastbare und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit sehr guten Deutsch\- und guten Englischkenntnissen
