ewz zählt zu den wichtigsten Energieunternehmen der Schweiz und versorgt die Stadt Zürich sowie Teile des Kantons Graubünden mit Strom und weiteren Energiedienstleistungen. Für die Leitung des Bereichs Netz Mittelbünden suchen wir im Auftrag von ewz eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit, welche bereit ist, die auf Nachhaltigkeit und Sicherheit basierende Kultur weiterzuentwickeln.

Die Hauptaufgaben ####

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung der drei Teams: Realisierung/Instandhaltung, Betrieb/Services und Netzplanung
  • Stetige Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der rund 30 Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung eines sicheren, effizienten und kundenorientierten Netzbetriebs sowie Instandhaltung, Ausbau und Realisierung der Mittel- und Niederspannungsnetze
  • Als delegierter Anlagenbetreiber verantwortlich für Budget, Organisation, Betriebssicherheit und Investitionen
  • Vertretung von ewz gegenüber Behörden, Kunden sowie internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Infrastruktur

Das Anforderungsprofil ####

  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Bau, Betrieb und der Instandhaltung von Mittel- und Niederspannungsnetzen
  • Höhere technische Ausbildung (HF, FH, Universität oder ETH) in Elektrotechnik oder Energietechnik
  • Solide Erfahrung in der Führung von Budgets, Steuerung von Projekten und Ressourcen
  • Bereitschaft zur gelegentlichen Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdienst mit entsprechenden Zusatzfunktionen
  • Ihre starke Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Entscheidungskompetenz, die Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen und ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken runden Ihr Profil ab.
