Wir suchen eine engagierte «Macher\-Persönlichkeit», die das Qualitätswesen strategisch und operativ weiterentwickelt, höchste Qualitätsstandards sicherstellt und gemeinsam mit interdisziplinären Teams die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse vorantreibt.

Dein Verantwortungs\- und Aufgabenbereich:

  • Führung der Abteilung Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Verantwortlich für die Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des QM\-Systems gemäss ISO 13485 sowie Entwicklung, Implementierung und Aufrechterhaltung der erforderlichen Prozesse
  • Führung und Koordination von zugeteilten Projekten in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Ansprechperson für kundenseitige Qualitätsanfragen und Verträge
  • Durchführung von Risiko\-Analysen und Evaluation, Implementierung, Überwachung und Schulung von geeigneten QM\-Hilfsmitteln sowie Einführung von Qualitäts\- und Leistungskennzahlen
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung aller Qualitätsanforderungen für Materialien, Prozesse und Produkte
  • Durchführung von internen Audits sowie Begleitung von externen Audits durch Prüfgesellschaften
  • Anwendung der QM\-Methoden (FMEA, Risikoanalysen, Prüfplanung etc.)
  • Erstellung des jährlichen Q\-Berichts für die der Geschäftsführung

Dein Profil:

  • Technische Grundausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung (FH/Uni oder gleichwertig)
  • Weiterbildung im Qualitätswesen sowie Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement und der Qualitäts\-
  • Sicherung im industriellen, vorzugsweise Medizintechnik\-Umfeld
  • Ausgewiesener Leistungsausweis in der Führung von Mitarbeitern und Projekten
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Anwendung von anerkannten Methoden wie « Management, KVP»
  • Offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit sehr guten Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnissen
