Leiter Schreinerei / Produktionsleiter Holzverarbeitung (w/m/d) 100%

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung eines Teams innerhalb der Schreinerei
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten, termin- und qualitätsgerechten Produktion
  • Verantwortung für Qualität, Kosten und Termine im Zuständigkeitsbereich
  • Analyse von Kapazitäten sowie Erkennen und Umsetzen von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Produktions- und Arbeitsabläufen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Planung und weiteren internen Fachbereichen
  • Überwachung von Kennzahlen sowie Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen
  • Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden im Team

  Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Schreiner EFZ oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Holzbereich
  • Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF, Techniker oder vergleichbar von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Produktionsprozessen und Betriebsabläufen
  • Organisationsgeschick sowie eine lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Entscheidungsfreude
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen
  • Kommunikationsstarke und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
