Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuen und Begleiten von Privatkunden, Verwaltungen und Geschäftspartnern von der Anfrage bis zur erfolgreichen Projektübergabe
  • Erstellen, Prüfen und Verrechnen von Serviceabrechnungen unter Sicherstellung einer korrekten Fakturierung
  • Bearbeiten von Kundenreklamationen sowie Ausführen und Nachverfolgen von Garantieaufträgen
  • Erarbeiten von Offerten, Disponieren von Materialien und Kontrollieren von Rapporten sowie Ausmassen
  • Organisieren und Terminieren von Serviceeinsätzen sowie Planen des optimalen Personaleinsatzes im Tagesgeschäft
  • Unterstützen und Vertreten der Leitung Badsanierungen bei Beratungsgesprächen, Planungsaufgaben und der Koordination von Ausführungsarbeiten

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung als Sanitärinstallateur EFZ oder Heizungsinstallateur EFZ
  • Weiterbildung als Chefmonteur, Projektleiter Gebäudetechnik mit eidg. FA oder Techniker HF (Abgeschlossen, in Ausbildung oder Bereitschaft dazu)
  • Führerschein Kat. B
  • Kundenfreundliche, verantwortungs- und qualitätsbewusste sowie selbstständige Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent
  • Gute Auffassungsgabe, systematische und rationelle Arbeitsweise sowie unternehmerische Denk- und Handlungsweise
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher
