Leiterin / Leiter Ambulatorium Laufen (m/w/d) 50 %

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisatorische Leitung des Ambulatoriums Laufen
  • Verantwortung für die fachgerechte ambulante Behandlung und Betreuung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und deren Familien (inkl. Übernahme eigener klinischer Tätigkeit)
  • Führung, Begleitung und Unterstützung des multiprofessionellen Teams
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Behandlungsqualität, Auslastung sowie Weiterentwicklung der ambulanten Versorgung
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Behandlungskonzepten in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Vorgesetzten und Fachbereichen
  • Mitwirkung an der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung des Standortes und der Vernetzung mit den anderen ambulanten und stationären Angeboten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Fachausbildung als Fachpsychologin/Fachpsychologe oder Fachärztin/Facharzt für Kinder\- und Jugendpsychiatrie und \-psychotherapie bzw. entsprechendes Facharztniveau
  • Freude an der ambulanten Arbeit mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und ihren Familien
  • Interesse und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für die fachliche und organisatorische Weiterentwicklung eines ambulanten Standorts zu übernehmen
  • Führungskompetenz und Begeisterung für die konzeptuelle Weiterentwicklung von Behandlungen
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in multiprofessionellen Teams

Die Psychiatrie Baselland (PBL) zählt zu den führenden psychiatrischen Institutionen in der Nordwestschweiz. Sie bietet umfassende ambulante, tagesklinische, aufsuchende (Home Treatment) und stationäre Therapien für Erwachsene sowie Kinder und Jugendliche. Psychisch und mehrfach beeinträchtigte Menschen unterstützt sie in den Bereichen Wohnen, Arbeit und Tagesgestaltung ( Zudem hält sie eine Beteiligung an der WorkMed AG, dem Zentrum Arbeit und psychische Gesundheit. Die PBL beschäftigt an mehreren Standorten im Kanton Basel\-Landschaft rund 1'300 Mitarbeitende und behandelt, betreut und berät pro Jahr über 15'000 Patientinnen und Patienten (
