TES TÂCHES

  • Direction de l'équipe de soins en anesthésie avec gestion directe et promotion des environ 30 collaborateurs sur le site de St. Gall
  • Gestion économique du département ainsi que planification du personnel adaptée aux qualifications
  • Assurer une collaboration interdisciplinaire et interprofessionnelle au bloc opératoire ainsi que des interfaces connexes
  • Co-responsabilité du développement et du contrôle des normes de sécurité et de qualité requises
  • Co-responsabilité dans la formation continue des experts diplômés en soins anesthésiques NDS HF
  • Participation en tant que spécialiste des soins en anesthésie à l-accompagnement professionnel orienté client de nos patient·e·s

TON PROFIL

  • Formation achevée en tant qu-expert diplômé en soins anesthésiques NDS HF avec plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle et de gestion
  • Formation en management, de préférence niveau CAS Leadership, ou volonté de la suivre
  • Mentalité pratique avec disposition à accepter les changements et à les porter avec l-équipe
  • Tu es une personne autonome, résistante au stress et responsable avec une grande compétence professionnelle et sociale
  • Excellentes capacités d-organisation et de communication, bon sens de l-affirmation de soi ainsi que maîtrise des outils MS Office et des systèmes d-information clinique
