Der Geschäftsbereich Betrieb und Unterhalt im Tiefbauamt ist für die Instandhaltung und Wartung sowie die Pflege und Sauberkeit des öffentlichen Strassenraums, der Wegnetze, der Grünanlagen, der Friedhöfe und der Kanalisationsanlagen verantwortlich. Das Anbringen von temporären oder dauerhaften Signalisationen und Markierungen im öffentlichen Raum gehört ebenfalls zu seinen Aufgaben. Auf die Funktionalität und die Sicherheit wird dabei grossen Wert gelegt. Wir suchen per 1\. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Leiterin / Leiter Betrieb und Unterhalt (80 \- 100 %) =====================================================

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du führst 6 Teams (Bau\-, Kanal\- und Gewässerunterhalt, Friedhofunterhalt, Grünanlagenunterhalt, Sportanlagenunterhalt, Strassenreinigung, Verkehrstechnik) mit 60 Fachleuten. Gemeinsam sorgt ihr für lösungsorientierte, stabile Resultate, neue Impulse sowie die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit.
  • Unsere Teams organisieren sich selbständig und tragen die Verantwortung für die Qualität. Du gibst die Richtung vor, setzt die Ressourcen gezielt ein und sorgst für kurze Wege, auch über die Bereichsgrenzen hinweg.
  • Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung entwickelst du den Unterhalt strategisch weiter, mit dem Ziel, dass er innovativ, effizient und nachhaltig ist.
  • Du gewährleistest die reibungslose Abwicklung des Alltagsgeschäfts, forderst Leistung konstruktiv ein und lässt zukunftsgerichtet Neues entstehen. Dazu übernimmst du in einer Zusatzrolle die Funktion des Bereichssicherheitsbeauftragten (BESIBE).
  • Du repräsentierst das Tiefbauamt sowohl im persönlichen wie auch im schriftlichen Umgang gegenüber Kundinnen und Kunden sowie politischen Akteurinnen und Akteuren.

Du bringst mit:

  • Du führst mit Menschenkenntnis und klaren Zielen. Du hörst zu, bist fair und verlässlich, erkennst Freiräume und nutzt sie.
  • Ausbildung als Bauführer/\-in oder Techniker/\-in HF oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Wurzeln im Gartenbau\- oder Baugewerbe.
  • Vielfältige Erfahrung im Betrieb und Unterhalt von Grünanlagen, Strassen oder Abwasseranlagen. Betriebswirtschaft und moderne Unternehmensführung sind für dich keine Theorie.
