Sinnstiftende Arbeit: gemeinsam gegen HIV in Simbabwe.

Die Ruedi Lüthy Foundation betreibt in Simbabwe die Newlands Clinic und betreut dort rund 8-000 HIV-Patientinnen und -Patienten medizinisch. Unsere Geschäftsstelle in Bern ist für die Mittelbeschaffung zuständig und pflegt den Kontakt zu Tausenden von Spenderinnen und Spendern. Unterstützt werden wir auch von der DEZA sowie von Schweizer Stiftungen und Unternehmen.

Wir suchen per 1. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene Fachperson für den Finanzbereich der Stiftung, den Bereich HR und die Stellvertretung des Geschäftsführers.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Finanzen und Rechnungswesen einschliesslich Budgetierung, Jahresabschluss, Finanzplanung, Controlling und Weiterentwicklung der Finanzprozesse (die operative Buchhaltung wird durch eine erfahrene Buchhalterin geführt). Finanzielles Reporting und Analysen zuhanden der Geschäftsleitung und des Stiftungsrats.
  • Stellvertretung des Geschäftsleiters und Unterstützung in strategischen Fragen.
  • Verantwortung für die HR-Administration und die Personalprozesse der Geschäftsstelle, inklusive Verträge, Lohnwesen und Sozialversicherungen und administrative Führung der Geschäftsstelle.
  • Betreuung der Vermögensverwaltungsmandate und Liquiditätsmanagement.
  • Ansprechperson für Banken und Revisionsstelle.
  • Betreuung von Legaten und Nachlässen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finanzverantwortlichen der Newlands Clinic in Harare und Sicherstellung eines transparenten Finanzreportings zwischen der Schweiz und Simbabwe.

Ihr Profil

  • Höhere Aus- oder Weiterbildung in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder Betriebswirtschaft (z.B. Fachausweis, HF/FH) sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer verantwortlichen Finanzfunktion und Kenntnisse von Swiss GAAP FER 21.
  • Gutes Englisch mündlich und schriftlich ist Bedingung.
  • Sie arbeiten selbständig, denken vorausschauend und packen in unserer kleinen Organisation auch operative und administrative Aufgaben selbst an.
