Die Klinik für Forensische Psychiatrie (KFP) besteht aus der Gutachtenstelle, dem Zentrum für Forensische Psychiatrie stationär (ZFPS) und dem Zentrum für Forensische Psychiatrie ambulant (ZFPA). Von der Gutachtenstelle werden jährlich eine Vielzahl Gutachten für behördliche Auftraggeber erstellt. Zum ZFPS gehören sechs Stationen mit insgesamt 74 Betten, auf denen psychisch kranke Straftäterinnen und Straftäter im Rahmen gerichtlich angeordneter therapeutischer Massnahmen ( . 59 StGB) behandelt sowie Kriseninterventionen bei Patientinnen und Patienten aus Vollzugs\- und Untersuchungsgefängnissen durchgeführt werden. Das ZFPA führt ein forensisches Ambulatorium und bietet einen gefängnispsychiatrischen Konsiliar\- und Liaisondienst an.

Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine Kaufmännische Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen
  • Sie bringen bereits Führungserfahrung mit
  • Sie haben versierte IT\-Skills (MS Office, Personaleinsatzplanung z.B. Polypoint PEP, elektronische Dokumentation im Gesundheitswesen z.B. ORBIS)
  • Sie sind eine selbständige arbeitende Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz und guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
  • Sie denken vernetzt und können gut Prioritäten setzen

Aufgaben

  • Sie leiten das Sekretariatsteam der KFP mit 4 Mitarbeiterinnen fachlich und personell
  • Sie stellen einen effizienten Sekretariatsbetrieb in der Klinik sicher
  • Mit Ihrem Team zusammen unterstützen sie die KFP in diversen organisatorischen und administrativen Belangen
  • Sie sorgen für die termingerechte Erledigung von Berichten und Gutachten und arbeiten im Tagesgeschäft mit
  • Sie pflegen den Kontakt mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
