Das Volksschulamt verantwortet den Volksschulbereich des Kantons Zürich. Als Leiterin / Leiter Stab Finanzen übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in der finanziellen Steuerung des Volksschulamtes.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

ie sind verantwortlich für die Finanzen des Volksschulamtes, von Budget und Vierjahresplanung (KEF) über den Jahresabschluss bis zum Controlling. Dazu gehört die Ausrichtung von Staatsbeiträgen, insbesondere im Bereich der \- und Spitalschulung. Sie beraten die Amtsleitung in finanziellen Belangen, überwachen und optimieren finanzrelevante Prozesse und pflegen den Austausch mit anderen Ämtern innerhalb der Bildungsdirektion und der Kantonalen Verwaltung. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team sind Sie die zentrale Ansprechstelle für alle Finanzfragen, amtsintern wie für unsere Partner im Schulfeld. Dabei verbinden Sie Praxisnähe und Dienstleistungsorientierung mit korrektem und verantwortungsvollem Handeln. Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung vertreten Sie das Volksschulamt und die Bildungsdirektion in Arbeitsgruppen und Projekten.

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über einen \- oder Fachhochschulabschluss sowie mehrjährige Führungserfahrung. Neben sehr guten Finanzkenntnissen haben Sie ein Flair für rechtliche Fragestellungen und kennen die öffentliche Verwaltung. Im Umgang mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen sind Sie versiert und sicher. Analytisches Denken, strukturiertes und kooperatives Vorgehen sowie eine klare, stilsichere und verbindliche Kommunikation zeichnen Sie aus, ebenso wie ein humorvolles, unkompliziertes Wesen, das Ihnen die Akzeptanz aller Beteiligten sichert. Ihr kooperativer Führungsstil schafft Orientierung und fördert die Eigenverantwortung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden. Neuen Entwicklungen begegnen Sie offen und gestalten den Wandel aktiv mit.
