Neuro\- und Frührehabilitation mit dem grössten Parkinsonzentrum und dem grössten Angebot an Robotiktherapie der Schweiz. Immer neugierig auf neue innovative Therapien. Das Umfeld in der Rehaklinik Zihlschlacht tut auch den rund 600 Mitarbeitenden gut.

Darauf darfst du dich freuen:

  • Eigenständige Koordination und Organisation des Betriebes im ambulanten Therapiezentrum der Rehaklinik Zihlschlacht
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im interprofessionelle Team durch eigenständige Durchführung von Therapieeinheiten
  • Verantwortung für die Führung, Förderung und Entwicklung eines interprofessionellen Therapie\-Teams
  • Kontinuierliche Sicherstellung einer hohen Behandlungsqualität, einer ausgezeichneten Patientenzufriedenheit sowie eines reibungslosen, effizienten und patientenorientierten Betriebsablaufs
  • Entwicklung, Optimierung und Implementierung von Arbeitsprozessen zur Erreichung der qualitativen, wirtschaftlichen und strategischen Ziele des ambulanten Therapiezentrums
  • Profitieren von einer hohen Fachkompetenz durch eine enge Zusammenarbeit im ambulanten und stationären Setting, sowie standortübergreifender Zusammenarbeit in den VITREA Kliniken

Darüber freuen wir uns:

  • Abgeschlossene therapeutische Ausbildung (ausländische Abschlüsse mit entsprechender Anerkennung in der Schweiz)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der neurologischen Rehabilitation
  • Führungserfahrung oder die Motivation, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen und Mitarbeitende wertschätzend zu entwickeln
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie Interesse an kontinuierlicher Verbesserung und Innovation
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau C1\)
