  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Teams Business Compliance Advice Liechtenstein sowie Förderung der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortung für einen effektiven und effizienten Support bei anspruchsvollen und komplexen Kundenonboardings
  • Zentrale Anlauf\- und Auskunftsstelle für sorgfaltspflichtrechtliche Fragestellungen der Kundenberater:innen in Liechtenstein und Deutschland
  • Sicherstellung eines risikoorientierten und praxisnahen Financial Crimes Compliance Support im Tagesgeschäft
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kundenfront und Group Financial Crimes Compliance zur Förderung einer effizienten bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit

Ihre Ausbildung und Erfahrung:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im AML/CFT\-Compliance\-Bereich einer Bank sowie fundierte Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen
  • Führungserfahrung, idealerweise als Teamleiter:in oder (stellvertretende:r) Abteilungsleiter:in
  • Juristisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit fundierter Weiterbildung im Compliance\-Bereich

Ihre Arbeitsweise:

  • Sie überzeugen durch eine strukturierte, eigenständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Als kommunikative Persönlichkeit fördern Sie die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und entwickeln Ihr Team durch Coaching und gezielte Unterstützung weiter
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
