DEINE MISSION

Als Leitung des Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Unternehmen und verantwortest gemeinsam mit deinem Team eine zuverlässige und professionelle Finanzorganisation. Du stellst transparente Finanzprozesse und aussagekräftige Abschlüsse sicher und schaffst damit eine wichtige Grundlage für fundierte unternehmerische Entscheidungen. Als kompetente Ansprechperson arbeitest du eng mit der Geschäftsleitung sowie verschiedenen internen und externen Partnern zusammen und entwickelst den Finanzbereich kontinuierlich weiter.

  • Verantwortung und operative Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Sicherstellung eines korrekten Haupt\- und Nebenbuches
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Budget\- und Finanzplänen
  • Ansprechperson für Revisionsstellen, Steuerberatung, Banken und Behörden
  • Führung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie Überwachung von Liquidität
  • Führung des Finanzteams von 2 Personen

WAS DICH AUSZEICHNET

  • Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen (HF, FH, eidg. Fachausweis oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung)
  • Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie zuverlässige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu bewahren
  • Mind. erste Führungserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
