Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für Accounting und Finance Reporting und sorgen dafür, dass verlässliche Ist-Zahlen, transparente Analysen und termingerechte Konzernabschlüsse jederzeit als belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlage zur Verfügung stehen
  • Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team entwickeln Sie die Finance-Organisation weiter, harmonisieren Prozesse und Systeme und treiben Automatisierung, Digitalisierung sowie effiziente Arbeitsweisen über verschiedene Gesellschaften hinweg konsequent voran
  • Als Sparringspartner für Management, Business Finance und weitere Stakeholder verbinden Sie Financial Governance mit unternehmerischem Denken, schaffen Transparenz und unterstützen eine wirkungsvolle finanzielle Steuerung
  • Mit klarer Führung entwickeln Sie Mitarbeitende und zukünftige Führungskräfte weiter, setzen strategische Ziele für Ihren Bereich und fördern eine Kultur, in der Zusammenarbeit, Verantwortung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung gelebt werden

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Finance, Accounting, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung; auch erfahrene Finanzprofis mit praxisnaher Weiterbildung und überzeugendem Leistungsausweis sind willkommen
  • Eine Weiterbildung wie dipl. Experte Rechnungslegung & Controlling, CPA, ACCA, CFA oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ist von Vorteil und unterstützt Sie bei anspruchsvollen Accounting-, Reporting- und Governance-Themen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Accounting, Reporting und Compliance sowie erste bis fundierte Führungserfahrung bringen Sie mit; digitale Finance-Tools, ERP-Systeme wie SAP oder Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel, Power BI und moderne Projektmethoden sind Ihnen vertraut
  • Sie kommunizieren klar, denken pragmatisch und geschäftsorientiert, arbeiten gerne mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zusammen und haben Freude daran, Veränderungen anzustossen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Menschen mitzunehmen
