Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gastgeber und Führungspersönlichkeit: Sie führen das Gastronomieteam fachlich und personell. Dabei schaffen Sie ein Arbeitsumfeld, indem Zusammenarbeit, Qualität und Freude am Beruf gelebt werden.
  • Gastronomie mit Herz: Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für das Tagesgeschäft und sorgen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team dafür, dass sich unsere Bewohnenden und Gäste kulinarisch rundum wohlfühlen.
  • Organisationsprofi: Sie behalten Budget, Einkauf, Bestellwesen und Lager ebenso im Blick wie effiziente Abläufe und eine funktionierende Organisation. Dabei denken Sie wirtschaftlich, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert.
  • Team-Entwickler und Talent-Scout: Sie gewinnen die passenden Mitarbeitenden für Ihr Team, planen deren Einsätze und fördern ihre fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung. Auch die Begleitung und Ausbildung unserer Lernenden liegt Ihnen am Herzen.
  • Brückenbauer: Sie sind Ansprechperson für Ihr Team und pflegen eine unkomplizierte und wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit mit Bewohnenden, Angehörigen, anderen Bereichen und der Institutionsleitung.

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung: Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Köchin/Koch EFZ, idealerweise ergänzt durch die Weiterbildung Chefköchin/Chefkoch mit eidg. Fachausweis (BP) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Führungserfahrung: Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und Führungserfahrung mit - idealerweise aus der Heim-, Spital- oder Gemeinschaftsgastronomie.
  • Führung mit Persönlichkeit: Sie führen klar, wertschätzend und mit einer guten Portion Humor. Sie können Menschen begeistern, Verantwortung übertragen und Ihr Team gemeinsam weiterentwickeln.
  • Arbeitsweise: Sie arbeiten flexibel, präzise und eigenständig. Wenn es schnell gehen muss, sind sie die Person, die cool bleibt und Lösungen findet.
  • Entwicklungswille: Sie sind bereit, sich weiterzuentwickeln und begrüssen Veränderungsprozesse als Chance, unsere Einrichtung gemeinsam zu verbessern.
