Mit unseren rund 300 Mitarbeitenden aus verschiedenen Berufsgruppen realisieren wir sämtliche Kundenträume rund um das .

Deine :

Mehr als Marketing, mehr als klassische Assistenz: Du arbeitest direkt mit unserem CEO und bist die Drehscheibe zwischen Marketing, Kommunikation und Unternehmensführung. Du sorgst dafür, dass professionell auftritt und sichtbar ist und dass die Abläufe rund um CEO, Geschäftsleitung und Verwaltungsrat zuverlässig laufen.

Deine Hauptaufgaben sind u.a.

Marketing \& Kommunikation

  • Führen einer Marketingspezialistin
  • Marketingstrategie, \-planung, \-budget, \-umsetzung und \-kontrolle
  • Kommunikation nach Aussen und Innen (Intranet)
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Marke und Corporate Design
  • SEO, SEA und GEO sowie digitale Leadgenerierung
  • Newsletter, Presse\- und Medienarbeit
  • Kundenanlässe
  • Verbandsmanagement

Assistenz CEO / GL / VR

  • Unterstützung des CEO im Tagesgeschäft
  • Vorbereitung und Organisation von VR\-, GL\- und Kadersitzungen sowie der Generalversammlung
  • Aufbereitung von Unterlagen und Präsentationen, Erstellen von Protokollen
  • Termin\- und Pendenzenmanagement

Was Du mitbringst

  • Aus\- oder Weiterbildung in Marketing, Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft oder KV
  • Berufserfahrung in Marketing, Kommunikation, Assistenz oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprache) und stilsicheres Schreiben
  • Digitale Kompetenz und Erfahrung mit Website, Social Media und Online\-Marketing
  • Organisationstalent, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Überblick, auch wenn viel parallel läuft
  • Diskretion, Loyalität und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Dinge voranzutreiben
