Für unseren Kunden, eine etablierte Institution im Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen in der Region Seeland, suchen wir per 1. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Leitung Personaladministration 60-80%. In dieser vielseitigen Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für zwei zentrale Bereiche und werden Teil der Geschäftsleitung. Der Arbeitsort ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die Bereiche Human Resources und Administration, führen ein kleines Team und sorgen gemeinsam für professionelle sowie reibungslose Abläufe
  • Als zentrale Ansprechperson stehen Sie Mitarbeitenden, Führungskräften sowie weiteren internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen bei administrativen und personellen Anliegen kompetent zur Seite
  • Bestehende HR- und Administrationsprozesse entwickeln Sie kontinuierlich weiter, erkennen Optimierungspotenzial und setzen Verbesserungen selbstständig und praxisnah um
  • Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung bringen Sie Ihre Perspektive aktiv ein, übernehmen Verantwortung bei übergeordneten Themen und gestalten die Weiterentwicklung der Organisation mit

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung im HR, in Betriebswirtschaft oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung und bringen zwingend Berufserfahrung aus dem Gesundheitswesen mit
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vielseitigen HR- und/oder Administrationsfunktion ermöglicht Ihnen einen sicheren Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Aufgaben und Anspruchsgruppen, Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil
  • Sie sind eine ausgesprochen resiliente, belastbare und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit, die auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen Ruhe bewahrt, klare Entscheidungen trifft und sich nicht so schnell aus der Bahn werfen lässt
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Empathie, Lösungsorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten runden Ihr Profil ab
