Leiter/in Pflege und Betreuung (w/m/d)

Sie sind gewohnt vernetzt, kooperativ und transparent zu denken und zu handeln. Sie bringen menschliche und fachliche Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen mit.  

Sie sind in dieser Funktion direkt der Institutionsleitung unterstellt und Teil des Führungsteams.

Ihre Tätigkeit und Ihre Aufgaben sind vielfältig und gelebtes "Job Enrichment". Sie gewährleisten zusammen mit ihrem Team, dem Heimarzt und weiteren Fachpersonen eine professionelle und bewohnerorientierte Pflege und Betreuung. Weiter sind Sie für die Führung und Förderung der Mitarbeitenden, für die korrekte Handhabung der Pflegeeinstufung, die Bestellung und die Lagerhaltung des gesamten Pflegematerials sowie die Personaleinsatzplanung zuständig.
