Die Stiftung Gärtnerhaus ist eine vom Kanton anerkannte Institution, die Menschen mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen begleitet und ihnen verschiedenste Wohn\-, Arbeits\- und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten bietet. Gemeinsam werden Lebensräume geschaffen, die viel Selbständigkeit, Teilhabe und eine hohe Lebensqualität ermöglichen. Im Auftrag der Stiftung Gärtnerhaus suchen wir für den Wohnbereich in Meisterschwanden per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Persönlichkeit als

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Führungsfunktion leiten Sie den Wohnbereich mit rund 60 Wohnplätzen und führen 13 Mitarbeitende. Sie stellen eine fachlich hochstehende Begleitung der Klient:innen sicher und verantworten die Belegungsplanung sowie die Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Angebote. Sie rapportieren an die Stiftungsleitung und gestalten als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung die Zukunft der Stiftung aktiv mit. Dabei greifen Sie fachliche und gesellschaftliche Entwicklungen auf und entwickeln den Wohnbereich mit Blick auf veränderte Bedürfnisse und finanzielle Rahmenbedingungen weiter. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Fachstellen und weiteren Partnern gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.

Für diese vielseitige Funktion suchen wir eine

führungsstarke und entwicklungsorientierte Persönlichkeit

mit einer höheren Ausbildung im Sozial\- oder Gesundheitsbereich, vorzugsweise in Sozialpädagogik oder Sozialer Arbeit, sowie Führungserfahrung. Sie führen klar und wertschätzend, können Mitarbeitende für Veränderungen gewinnen und übernehmen auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen Verantwortung. Kenntnisse in den Themenbereichen Psychiatrie, Sucht, Behinderung oder Justiz sind von Vorteil. Sie denken vernetzt und unternehmerisch, verstehen die wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge einer sozialen Institution und haben Freude daran, bestehende Strukturen und Angebote weiterzuentwickeln.
