Leitung Wohngruppe (Stiftung Demenzzentrum Rickenbach LU)

Die Stiftung Demenzzentrum ist eine Institution für Menschen mit Demenz. Unser Angebot umfasst Ferien\-, Tages\- und Langzeitaufenthaltsplätze. Wir entwickeln insbesondere bedürfnisorienteierte und innovative Konzepte für junge Menschen mit Demenz und begleiten die Betroffenen wie auch die Angehörigen in allen Stadien der Krankheit. Das Leitbild bildet die Grundlage für das Zusammenleben im Demenzzentrum.

Diese Tätigkeiten begeistern dich

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und personelle Führung eines Teams von rund 13 Mitarbeitenden auf einervielseitigen Wohngruppe mit Tages\-, Ferien\- und Langzeitplätzen
  • Du stellst gemeinsam mit deinem Team die qualitativ hochwertige Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohnenden sicher
  • Du organisierst die Abläufe auf der Wohngruppe und erstellst die Dienst\- und Ferienplanung
  • Du begleitest, förderst und entwickelst deine Mitarbeitenden
  • Du stellst die Umsetzung unserer Konzepte, Standards und Qualitätsvorgaben sowie eine vollständige Pflegedokumentation sicher
  • Du behältst die Wohngruppenziele und den verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit den vorhandenen Ressourcen im Blick

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
  • mind. 3\-4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Pflege und Betreuung von Menschen mit Demenz
  • Führungserfahrung und/oder Kaderausbildung von Vorteil
  • Freude an der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationstalent und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute EDV\-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung RAI\-LTCF von Vorteil
