Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine zuverlässige, engagierte und unkomplizierte Persönlichkeit für unsere Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung.

Bei uns bist du nicht einfach «für die Buchhaltung zuständig». Du übernimmst Verantwortung für ein vielseitiges Immobilienportfolio und bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden sowie Mieterinnen und Mieter.

Das erwartet dich:

  • Selbstständiges Debitoren\- und Kreditorenmanagement
  • Mahn\- und Inkassowesen
  • Erstellung von Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen und Begleitung von Revisionen
  • Erstellung von Heiz\- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen
  • Lohnabrechnungen inklusive Führung der Sozialversicherungen
  • Austausch mit Kundinnen und Kunden, Mieterschaft sowie internen Stellen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Prozesse

Das bringst du mit:

Du musst nicht jedes Kästchen abhaken. Wichtig ist uns, dass du fachlich sattelfest bist, gerne Verantwortung übernimmst und menschlich zu uns passt.

  • Erfahrung in der Liegenschafts\-/Immobilienbuchhaltung (zwingend)
  • Freude an Zahlen und Digitalisierung
  • strukturierte, genaue Arbeitsweise mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
  • Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen oder in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Office 365
  • Erfahrung mit Garaio REM ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
