Wir sind ein erfolgreiches und innovatives Unternehmen der poesia\-Firmengruppe. Die pbc polymer ag ist spezialisiert auf die Produktion und Bearbeitung von Profilen aus Thermoplastischen Elastomeren TPE und Silikon VMQ nach Kunden\-Spezifikationen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienen, Überwachen, Einrichten und Umstellen von Extrusionslinien und Anlagen zur Herstellung von Kunststofferzeugnissen
  • Selbstständiges Fahren der Produktionslinien
  • Sicherstellen einer reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung sowie Erreichen der Produktionsziele in Bezug auf Qualität, Menge und Termine
  • Erkennen, Analysieren und Beheben von Abweichungen und Störungen an den Anlagen
  • Sicherstellen eines optimalen Personaleinsatzes an den Produktionslinien
  • Führen des zugeteilten Teams durch Ausbilden, Instruieren und Motivieren
  • Einhalten und Umsetzen aller Vorgaben in den Bereichen Prozesse, Sicherheit und Qualität
  • Überwachen und Einhalten der Prozess\-, Rezeptur\- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Regelmässiges, vollständiges und korrektes Führen der Produktionsrapporte sowie Buchen der Materialien im ERP\-System
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in Problemlösungsprozessen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozesse
  • Sicherstellen von Ordnung und Sauberkeit der Infrastruktur

Das bringen Sie idealerweise mit:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kunststoffverarbeitung
  • Erfahrung im Bedienen von Extrusionsanlagen von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Steuerungssystemen und MS Office
  • Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau C1 (Voraussetzung)
  • Eigeninitiative, Leistungsbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Eine exakte und saubere Arbeitsweise
  • Körperlich fit und belastbar
