In unserem Produktionswerk NARIDA AG in Lanzenhäusern produzieren wir bekannte Getreideriegel und Snacks für das In\- und Ausland.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Führungsteams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Linienführer/in mit Zusatzfunktion als Stv. Leiter/in Produktion 100%

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernimmst du neben der Führung einer Produktionslinie zusätzliche Verantwortung als stellvertretende/r Leiter/in Produktion. Dabei erwartet dich ein abwechslungsreiches und vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet in der Lebensmittelherstellung.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du übernimmst die Führung sowie die Steuerung der laufenden Produktion
  • Als Unterstützung des Leiters Produktion wirkst du aktiv bei der Führung und Organisation des Produktionsbereichs mit
  • Die tägliche Produktionsabrechnung im SAP\-/ERP\-System liegt in deiner Verantwortung
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Leiter Produktion stellst du eine bedarfsgerechte Personalplanung und Einsatzkoordination sicher
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitäts\-, Hygiene\- und Sicherheitsstandards Bei Verbesserungs\- und Optimierungsprojekten bringst du deine Erfahrung aktiv ein und unterstützt deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung
  • Bei Abwesenheit des Leiters Produktion übernimmst du dessen Stellvertretung und stellst die kontinuierliche Führung des Produktionsbereichs sicher
  • Du bist oder wirst ausgebildeter Sanitäter und unterstützt das Team

Das zeichnet dich aus:

  • Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung in der Lebensmittelindustrie
  • Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Lebensmittelbetrieb bringst du idealerweise mit
  • Führungserfahrung sowie Freude an der Arbeit mit Mitarbeitenden zeichnen dich aus
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie SAP/ERP, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung mit MES, runden dein Profil ab
  • Dein technisches Flair und dein Interesse an Produktionsprozessen unterstützen dich im täglichen Arbeitsalltag
  • Entscheidungsfreude, Eigeninitiative und Organisationsgeschick gehören zu deinen Stärken
  • Als empathische und gleichzeitig durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit kannst du Mitarbeitende motivieren und klare Entscheidungen treffen
  • Den etwas anzupacken und zu verändern sowie hohe Teamorientierung zeichnen deine Arbeitsweise aus
