Chef de ligne : Production Chocolat Déformation #

Tâches

  • Opérer, surveiller, configurer et reconfigurer les machines et lignes de production pour la fabrication et l'emballage de chocolat et d'articles en chocolat
  • Respecter les consignes de sécurité et d'hygiène
  • Encadrement professionnel et formation des collaborateurs assignés
  • Réaliser des contrôles qualité et initier des mesures en cas d'écarts ainsi que participer activement au processus d'amélioration continue
  • Identifier et résoudre les pannes et soutenir le service technique lors des révisions

Exigences

  • Formation de base dans le domaine alimentaire ou technique (par exemple technologue alimentaire, boulanger, pâtissier ainsi que boucher, mais aussi mécanicien, imprimeur, technologue papier)
  • Compréhension technique et expérience avec des systèmes modernes de contrôle d'installation ainsi que SAP et systèmes MES sont un avantage
  • Disponibilité pour le travail en équipes
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Pas de formation mais beaucoup d'expérience ? En cas de bonne aptitude et de bonnes performances, nous soutenons les personnes en reconversion dans la formation professionnelle de praticien alimentaire EBA ou technologue alimentaire EFZ
